Step 1
Complete Application for each child you wish to enroll in Madonna del Sasso using the following link

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Application for Admission:
*Birth Certificate
*Immunization Records
*Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
*Copy of the most recent report card (grades 1-8)
*Copy of IEP (if applicable)

Step 2
Admissions Test: Testing appointments and consideration for enrollment is based on the order in which the application is received. Once we have received your Application, we will schedule you for an admission test. Our Admissions Test is designed to ensure that your child will succeed in the grade that he/she is entering.

Step 3
Admission Acceptance: Upon acceptance to Madonna del Sasso School, you will receive an acceptance letter two weeks after testing. A Registration link will be provided to you for completion via email.
